My latest letter to The Chch Press: PAIN COMPLIANCE VERSES TORTURE. In his article, Ian Steward used the term "pain compliance" in regards to Tasers (July 21). I think he meant torture. If someone attacked their child with a cattle prod we wouldn't call it pain compliance.
